My Powerlifting Coaching is designed for lifters who want stronger squat, bench and deadlift technique with structured progression and full coaching support. Whether you're preparing for your first meet, coming back from a plateau, or wanting to refine technical efficiency. Many lifters struggle because they train hard but lack consistent technique, clear cues or a peaking strategy, this coaching solves that. You’ll learn how to lift safely, maximise power, improve depth and positioning, and build confidence under the bar. YOUTH STRENGTH COACHING
Youth & Teen Strength Coaching is a supportive, growth-friendly programme for teenagers aged 14–18 who need safe, structured strength training. Parents want a coach who understands adolescent development, builds confidence, teaches proper technique and creates a positive training environment. Whether your teenager plays sport, struggles with coordination, lacks confidence in the gym, or simply needs healthy habits and stronger movement patterns, this coaching adapts to their growth stage, maturity level and experience. It focuses on safe technique in the squat, hinge, push and pull patterns, improving posture, developing athleticism, reducing injury risk and building long-term confidence.
