Hi, I am Coby a passionate personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach who helps people feel strong and confident. With years of experience in the field, I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve their fitness goals and improve overall well-being.

I've been a Personal Trainer and Strength Coach for over 7 years

My background is in powerlifting. When I first started training, I couldn't get on with just running on a treadmill. It felt pointless to me. Then I picked up a barbell, and everything changed. Strength training clicked in a way nothing else did, and I've never looked back.
​

Over the years I've coached people from complete beginners who'd never set foot in a gym, all the way to athletes competing on the world stage. One of the highlights of my career so far has been coaching clients to the podium at the World Powerlifting Championships and flying out to be there with them when it happened.

But it's not always about trophies. One of my clients, came to me after a car crash that left her unable to pick up her own mobile phone. We worked together, built her strength back up from scratch, and she's now carrying over thirty kilograms in each hand. That's a lot of shopping bags. Moments like that remind me exactly why I do this.

I'm qualified in personal training, powerlifting, and strength and conditioning coaching. I also hold certifications in nutrition, UK Anti-Doping, First Aid, Safeguarding, Equality and Diversity in Sport, and I'm Enhanced DBS checked.​
